Healthcare Service Cancellations

KAM Health services are scheduled specifically for individual clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or scheduled visit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Applicable cancellation requirements, minimum visit requirements, or late-cancellation fees will be disclosed in the client's service agreement before services begin.

Missed Appointments

A missed appointment or visit without appropriate notice may be subject to a cancellation or missed-visit fee when permitted by the applicable service agreement and law.

KAM Health will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when availability permits.

Refunds for Healthcare Services

Healthcare services that have already been provided are generally not refundable.

If a service is cancelled before it is provided, any applicable refund will be determined according to:

• The client's service agreement

• The payment terms provided at enrollment

• The timing of the cancellation

• Applicable law

If KAM Health cancels a service and the service cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the client will be informed of any applicable refund or credit.

KAM Health may offer physical products in the future, including:

• Printed educational materials

• Other KAM Health merchandise
